Apostilles - The Office of Secretary of State provides Authentication of Signatures, also known as Apostilles or Certifications. Any document to be presented to a governing body of a foreign country, or a document to be used for official business within the United States is eligible for this service.

Fees are determined and set by the state of Nevada

We charge $20 - 7AM - 6PM

We charge $40 - 6PM - 7AM

Oath or Affirmation per signer
    Jurat, per Signature    $5.00
    Each additional            $2.50
 

IDENTIFICATION:

​

Each signer of a document MUST present valid and current photo ID. 

The ONLY acceptable forms are:

  • Federal or State issued ID card - This includes Driver's License, ID, Military ID

  • US Passport

  • Foreign government Passport

  • *Credible Identifying Witness - must be known to both Notary and signer

  • *Subscribing Witness - must be known to the signer and able to show positive ID

     *If you do not have acceptable photo ID, we can use Credible or Subscribing witnesses
